Nighthold - Retribution DPS Talents per Boss (Heroic)

Hey guys, thsi is for our Retribution Paladins in our raid team (but you may also look upon this short-guide for help to), who are not showing a lot of DPS, here are a few things for you to use, learn and modify on your characters.

On some of the fights, the DPS was nearly 20-40% difference in Damage between myself and other Ret Paladins (not including Prach as he was not there tonight)

Skorpion - Consecration, Greater Judgment, Divine Hammer (Do not use Melee Proc Trinkets, or non-target swap Trinkets)
Anominally - Execution Sentence, Zeal, Blade of Wrath - (May use Melee Proc Trinkets but Non-target Swap trinkets can hurt DPS)
Trillax - Execution Sentence, Fires of Justice, Blade of Wrath (May use Melee Proc and Non-Target Swap Trinkets)

Spellblade - Consecration, Zeal, Divine Hammer (Do not use Melee Proc Trinkets, or non-target swap Trinkets)
Krosus - Execution Sentence, Fires of Justice, Blade of Wrath (May use Melee Proc and Non-Target Swap Trinkets)
Tich - Consecration, Zeal, Divine Hammer (May use Melee Proc Trinkets but Non-target Swap trinkets can hurt DPS)

Star Augur - Execution Sentence, Fires of Justice, Blade of Wrath (May use Melee Proc and Non-Target Swap Trinkets)
High Botanist - Consecration, Zeal, Divine Hammer (Do not use Melee Proc Trinkets, but you can use Non-Target Swap Trinkets since your DPS focus will be on the first boss at all times.)

Elisande - Consecration, Zeal, Divine Hammer (Do not use Melee Proc Trinkets, or non-target swap Trinkets)
Gul'dan - Consecration, Zeal, Divine Hammer (May use Melee Proc Trinkets but Non-target Swap trinkets can hurt DPS)

Melee Proc Trinkets and effects such as Faulty Counter Measure, Potion of the Old War will not proc on Consecration, Divine Storm, and Divine Hammer, as these are classed as Spells
Non-Target Swap trinkets (Like Eye of Command), will lose their stacks and thus you lose a lot of stats from the buff falling off.

If you are using Faulty Counter Measure, switch to the Horn of Valor for similar/equivilant.

Haste Requirements: To have competitive DPS, you must have 30% Haste (Including Food Buff). Not Crusade/Hero/Sephuz.
30% Haste buff is required for GCD's during Judgment and getting the 0.75sec Global Cooldown during Crusade(15) or Heroism.
If you have the cloak, this will give you 3 GCD's during your Cloak buff which will give it a very high uptime. Example: (TV5>CS>CS>TV3>BoW>CS>TV3) this will vary depending on your 4set proc.

All items you gather should have Haste as the majority secondary stat, the other stat should be Versatility > Crit and never Mastery.

If you want a rotation helper, get Hekili. It works exactly like FSFC that we had for Wrath to Warlords. I strongly recommend you get this addon. It will help you with your Rotation with Execution Sentence and the rotation updates depending on the number of targets within hitting range of your Divine Storm.

Cheers.
