this shows how much of each stat you need for a 1 % increase in a particular stat at lvl 60, 70 and 80. So to increase spell hit rating by 1 % at lvl 80 costs 26.23 points, up from 12.62 at lvl 70, so over double. This will explain why most of our ratings have plummetted. The warlock spell hit cap has therefore raised from 215 to 446 to achieve the magic 17 % can t miss rating. This figure ignores any points that may have been spent on talents, so assuming we have the 3 % reduction available, the hit rating required is 367. This will reduce a little further in a raid environment given the 1 % bonus from heroic presence and possibly some other hit rating buffs ( misery ? )
